A Hero’s Journey

STRIVE is a non-profit organization breaking the cycle of poverty by helping those with the greatest barriers to employment - homelessness, involvement with the justice system, and more - learn vital job skills and find fulfilling, stable careers.

During the COVID-19 crisis, STRIVE has seen its graduates become more essential than ever in keeping their communities safe, strong and resilient.

We created a campaign that gave their graduates’ powerful journeys towards essential work the spotlight it deserves, offering a glimpse into their lives now and how far they’ve come — doing it all with footage they shot themselves on the frontlines.
